Order Processing 
At venture soaps we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed through our website normally ship between 1-3 business days. In rare occasions we can experience a high volume of orders in which case you will be contacted promptly. 
Shipping
Once your order is ready to ship, it should arrive within 3-7 business days with standard ground shipping. Free shipping with orders over $50.
Tracking Notifications
 Customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be
able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made
available by the shipping provider.
Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
Parcel damaged in-transit?
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed
their investigation into the claim.
Parcel lost in-transit?
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an
investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
